Email anti-spam and anti-virus gateway

If we host your domain or web site, you benefit from the fact that we scan all incoming email for spam and viruses. The system blocks a significant amount of spam and virus emails with virtually no complaints from our customers of lost or undelivered mail.

If you have your own internal mail server, you can completely firewall your internal network and pass all mail through Network Guild's server. All mail is scanned and then relayed to your server. This puts an extra level of indirection between your internal servers and the internet greatly reducing your exposure to hackers. This level of indirection has also helped us numerous times in debugging mail problems.

Monitor key points of a wide area network

Network Guild is able to remotely manage and monitor clients routers, hubs, high speed lines, and their web server. These key points are essential to their business operation. When a failure is detected, our team of engineers is notified by email and text messages to our mobile phone.

Since Network Guild is geographically diverse across europe and the US, we have nearly 24x7 coverage. It is not uncommon for us to have the problem fixed before the client arrives at work the following day.
